Ah, the gallery

So... when you set up an account in the gallery, the program automatically sends you an email with an activation link in it. At least it's supposed to. If you didn't get the email (check your spam folder first, just in case), send me a note giving the email address you signed up under, and the username you chose. I'll manually activate your account for you.

Next thing that's caused a few problems today... if you try to sign in with incorrect information... you only get so many chances before the system locks you out. This is supposed to help prevent hackers from getting in using a script or 'bot' or whatever. Anyway, just FYI - you now get 10 chances, and then you're banned for a whopping 10 minutes. Oh no! The horror! Heh. So that's what's going on there. You can email me about that too - I can remove the ban and look up your login info for you, if needed. But just so you all know - no one is actually banned from the site right now. And if I do feel it necessary to ban someone, I'll make sure they know. And I'll try to be polite about it. Hehe Hey - it would have to be something pretty serious for me to ban anyone.

Bottom line - problems with gallery? Don't hesitate to email me.

InXplicable FanArt is back!

Yep, I actually have the site back online. Yeah, I can't believe it either. Heh.

The wallpaper gallery has a few new additions since it was last open to the public, most notably a couple of Brokeback Mountain wallpapers, but they aren't actually all that new. There's also a new-ish Gale one in there, although the pic I made it from isn't new.

You must have an account to access the galleries. If you already had one but can't remember your password, you can actually retrieve it yourself now, provided you know what email address you used when you signed up. You'll see the "I forgot my password" link on the gallery login page.

To get to the gallery, click on the Gallery link, read at least the first section of the rules, and then you'll see a "Continue to the Gallery" link just after that. The gallery will open in a new window.

Please please please respect the image use rules I've outlined on the site. Please? And just FYI, I do make exceptions sometimes when people are nice enough to ask me first.

The links page is undergoing a major overhaul because too much has changed since I set up my previous one. But if you go to my "fan of" section, you'll see there's a Friends & Affiliates page there. And some of those sites have some excellent links pages. Plus, you know, they're my friends... so I'm pimping their sites.

Anyway... enjoy. Email me if you have any problems with the site.

Two more wallpapers!

The first wallpaper is a season 4 Brian one that I started... well, back during season 4 but never finished until now.

The second is a 510 Brian/Justin wallpaper. 'Cause... you know... I had to. LOL

Both are in the gallery here.

I also did a major update to QAFScans.com. I added a couple of semi-recent magazine scans, but I also added all of the official site episode pics for the full 5 seasons. That includes the pics through ep. 513, so if you're trying to stay unspoiled, don't go into the Season 5 episode pics album. ;-)

I still need to add search terms to most of the newly added pics... and if someone wants to volunteer to help with that, I would be most grateful. It's really easy to do - just time consuming. And since I'll be giving you access to the database, it would be preferable if it was someone I already know.

Another comment on QAFScans.com - if you have extra copies of magazines (that aren't already on the site) that contain QAF articles or articles about a member of the cast, I would love it if you would send them to me (I'll pay for them if needed) or scan the pics and article yourself and send those to me to add to the site. I don't subscribe to any magazines, so I really don't have access to any new articles unless someone sends me a copy of the magazine. Feel free to email me with questions or suggestions.

I actually made a new wallpaper. Me. After about 10 months of not making any new ones... I made one. Can you believe it?

It sticks to my usual simple style of "I want it to actually look like Gale/Brian, so I'm NOT going to filter it to death."
